Main Street Retail Build-Out

A landlord handed us a bare storefront on Main Street with a hard lease deadline and a tenant ready to move in. We handled the full interior build-out.

Scope covered framing and drywall for a back stockroom and checkout counter, new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, painted walls and exposed ductwork, custom display shelving along the retail wall, and LED track lighting on the sales floor.

We coordinated inspections and handed the space over ready for the tenant's fixtures and signage, three days ahead of the deadline.
