1. These Terms and Your Project Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Honey-Do Contracting website, customer portal, employee portal, and the digital services provided through them (the "Service"). They are an agreement about the Service only.

These Terms do not replace, modify, or override your project agreement. The terms that govern the work Honey-Do Contracting actually performs - including scope of work, pricing, scheduling, change orders, payment terms, and warranty - are set out in the applicable estimate, proposal, change order, invoice, or warranty document issued for that project. 7. Payments

Payment terms, deposits, and due dates are set out in your project document or invoice. Online payments are processed by our third-party payment processor as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not store card numbers, card security codes, or bank account credentials.

8. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the content you submit through the Service, including photographs, documents, messages, and notes. You grant us permission to store, review, and use that content for estimating, planning, documentation, communication, and project and warranty recordkeeping. We do not use your photographs or files for marketing purposes without a separate written photo release. You represent that you have the right to submit the content you upload.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, to interfere with the operation of the Service, to upload malicious code, or to submit content you do not have the right to share.

10. Third-Party Services
