Account information. Your name, email address, and phone number. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the account identifiers Google provides for authentication.

Customer, property, and project information. Your contact details, service and property addresses, project descriptions, job notes, scheduling details, and the records of the work we perform for you.

Estimates, invoices, and payment records. Estimates, proposals, change orders, invoices, payment schedules, and payment records, including references returned by our payment processor and receipt links. We do not collect or store card numbers, card security codes, or bank account credentials.

Photographs and files. Photographs and files uploaded by you or by our crew, including job site photos, documents, and attachments.

Messages and notifications. Messages you exchange with us through the Service, and notifications we send to you.

Sign-in and security records. Sign-in timestamps and security logs associated with your account.

Employee records. For employees: time entries, timecards, and related payroll records.

Field status location. When an employee updates a job's status from the field, the location of that update may be recorded so the office knows where the crew is.

Wi-Fi credentials. Where the Wi-Fi setup feature is used, network credentials you provide are stored encrypted. They are held as cipher text and are not stored in readable form.

4. How We Use Information

To provide and operate the Service; to prepare estimates and proposals; to schedule and perform work; to invoice, process, and record payments; to communicate with you about your account and your projects; to keep project, warranty, and business records; to maintain the security and integrity of the Service; and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

5. Payments

Card and bank (ACH) payment details are collected and processed by Square, our payment processor. Square receives that information directly and handles it under its own privacy terms. Our systems store only the resulting payment records, Square references, and receipt URLs - never card numbers, card security codes, or bank account credentials.

6. Photographs and Files

Photographs and files submitted through the Service may be used for estimating, planning, documentation, communication, and project and warranty records, and are retained as part of the business record. We do not use your photographs or files for marketing or promotional purposes unless you have signed a separate photo release.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following providers, only for the purposes described:

• Base44 - application hosting and file storage.
• Google - sign-in authentication when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Square - card and ACH payment processing.
• Email delivery - sending account, estimate, invoice, and notification emails.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers in the Service.

9. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the Service and to meet our legal, accounting, tax, payment-provider, and business-record requirements. Retention periods are configured by the business. Records connected to completed work, payments, and tax reporting may need to be kept for a set period even after a request to delete them; see Section 11.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypting stored Wi-Fi credentials and limiting access to business records to authorized personnel. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Some information cannot be deleted on request.
